had my very first chiropractic appointment this morning.
and i'm hooked.
he actually said he didn't wanna see me back. cause, i had pain in my neck. and he cracked it. and the pain is gone. and he taught me about spines. and how my short right arm affects mine (i have slight slight scoliosis, spine curves to right, to compensate for shorter arm) and he showed me how to hold my head right. and how to sit correctly (which i already do... got a gold star for that one) and how to stretch my neck, and how to use the right pillow for each back and side sleeping, and he was older, professional, clean, with an earring. very hip dude.
but not a washed up, dried out, old hippie. :)
very knowledgeable... loved it.
i kinda wanna injure my neck again just to go back.
it was THAT good.
